Digital Product Policy

What you are buying

Your Pet Memory — 100 Things To Do With Your Pet — is a digital product. No physical item is shipped.

What you receive

• Interactive digital version — 100-Things-With-Your-Pet.html, a single self-contained file that opens in a modern web browser.
• Printable PDF version — Your-Pet-Memory-Printable.pdf, US Letter, 210 pages.

Delivery

Two separate download links appear on your order confirmation page immediately after payment and are emailed to the address you enter at checkout. If you can’t find the email, check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us.

Requirements

• A modern browser (such as Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox) with JavaScript enabled.
• A laptop or desktop computer is recommended for writing, saving and printing. The layout also opens on tablets and phones, but downloading a saved copy and printing can behave differently in mobile browsers and in-app previews.
• A PDF reader or browser to view and print the PDF.

Saving your work

The interactive book remembers your work in your browser’s storage on the device you use. Browser storage can be cleared by you, your browser or your device. Please use Save a copy → Download your book regularly and keep your saved file and original photographs in a safe place. We do not receive or store your content and cannot recover it for you.

PDF exports

A PDF you export from your browser preserves the visible pages but is not an interactive or fillable PDF form. Your editable copy is always the HTML file.

Re-downloads

Download links may expire or have a download limit. If you need a new link, email support@yourpetmemory.com with your order number.
