Refund Policy

Because Your Pet Memory is a digital product delivered instantly, it can’t be “returned” like a physical item. But we want you to be happy with it, and we stand behind it.

If something isn’t working

If a file is missing, won’t open, is corrupted, or the product doesn’t work as described, email support@yourpetmemory.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. We’ll help you fix it first. If we can’t resolve the problem, we’ll refund your purchase in full.

Duplicate or accidental purchases

If you bought the product twice by mistake, contact us within 14 days and we’ll refund the duplicate order.

Change of mind

Because you receive immediate access to the complete files, we generally can’t offer refunds for a change of mind once the files have been downloaded. Where your local consumer law gives you additional rights, those rights apply and nothing in this policy limits them.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take several business days to show the credit.
