These terms apply when you use yourpetmemory.com or buy from Your Pet Memory. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. The product

We sell a digital product: the interactive HTML book and printable PDF described on our product page. No physical item is shipped. We describe the product’s features as accurately as we can; screenshots show the real product with sample entries.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where available and charged in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Promotional prices apply only during the stated promotion period.

3. Delivery

Download links are provided after payment, as described in our Digital Product Policy.

4. License

Your purchase gives you a personal-use license, set out in our Personal Use License. All intellectual property in the product and this website remains ours.

5. Your content

Anything you add to your book — photos, names, writing — belongs to you. You are responsible for keeping saved copies of your work; browser storage can be cleared, and we cannot recover your content.

7. Pet wellbeing

Our activities are suggestions to adapt to your own animal. Always put your pet’s comfort, safety and health first, follow local rules, and consult your veterinarian about exercise, diet, travel or health questions. Our content is not veterinary advice.

8. Reviews and submissions

By submitting a review, you confirm it reflects your genuine experience and permit us to publish it with your first name and last initial. We don’t edit reviews’ meaning and may decline to publish content that is unlawful, abusive or unrelated to the product.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of content you did not save. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
