Thank you for choosing Your Pet Memory. This license explains how you may use the files you receive when you buy 100 Things To Do With Your Pet (the interactive HTML version and the printable PDF, together the “Product”). By downloading or using the Product, you agree to these terms.

1. Your license

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to use the Product for yourself and your household.

2. You may

• use the Product personally, on your own devices;
• save personal copies, including the personalized copies you create with your own words and photographs;
• print copies for your personal use, at home or at a print shop;
• share photographs of your own completed pages on social media for non-commercial purposes — we’d love to see them.

3. You may not

• resell, sublicense, rent or give away the Product or any part of it, in original or modified form;
• share, upload or distribute the files publicly or to people outside your household — including through cloud-drive links, file-sharing websites, Telegram, Discord, forums or social groups;
• offer the Product, or anything substantially copied from it, for sale or free download on marketplaces or stores such as Etsy, eBay, Amazon, Shopify, Gumroad or Creative Market;
• sell modified copies, or remove or alter copyright notices;
• claim the design, written prompts or graphics as your own.

4. What remains yours

You keep full ownership of everything you add: your photographs, your names, your memories and your writing. We never receive the content you type or upload into the interactive book — it stays in your browser and in the copies you save.

5. What remains ours

Your Pet Memory retains all rights in our original product files, design, interface, original written prompts and activity text, graphics, illustrations, layout and brand assets.

6. Protecting our work

If we find unauthorized copying, sharing or resale of our protected files, original written content, graphics or substantially copied design, Your Pet Memory may use legitimate platform reporting procedures, copyright enforcement mechanisms and other lawful remedies.
